Every year Bryn's school puts on a holiday show in which each preschool, pre-kindergarten and kindergarten class sings two songs. This year the show fell on my birthday. Bryn was so great! She wasn't nervous at all when she walked out on stage; she sang all of the words to both songs; she did the hand motions; and she looked around at the audience the whole time -- never at her feet. After her performance, Ken surprised Bryn with flowers. He then left to relieve our babysitter who was home with Luke, and Bryn and I stayed for the duration of the show. Then home for birthday cake and flowers for me, too. And new tennis clothes. :)
