Easter

Easter Sunday Bryn and Luke woke up to an egg hunt that was held at a wooded area off of our street, an area that we refer to as "the grove."  Our neighbors, Parker and AP, had hung a tire swing from a tree branch since the last time we had visited the grove, so that was an exciting surprise.

A bit later in the morning a second egg hunt was held for neighbors at the water tanks where Bryn and Luke sometimes ride their bikes and scooters.  Here's the start:
Kids aged first grade and up sought eggs in the grassy area, while the younger kids picked eggs up off of the pavement around the water tanks.

Here Luke models a mustache that was in one of his eggs.
Luke returned to the water tanks on Monday by himself and found two more plastic eggs -- one with a glittery hair band that he gave to Bryn and another with a pack of gummy bears.  No doubt we'll continue to look for overlooked eggs on our next visit to the water tanks.
