Construction of the kids' tree house began today, and by the end of the day, we had a platform encircling the tree. The diameter is five feet, but on one side there's a longer, 10-foot run, so Ken should be able to camp out with B&L when they get a little older. Ken's concerned about the number of holes that were made in the tree. I keep telling myself that we hired a certified arborist who does this kind of work for a living.
