Look, no hands! Bryn squealed with delight when her Daddy got on the horse next to her on the carousel. This morning, after we stopped at the big blood bank downtown so Ken could donate blood, we went to Franklin Square, a renovated park with a beautiful carousel and nice playground.

We hadn't yet been to Franklin Square since it re-opened for the season, but I envision coming here regularly this summer. This particular playground has a really neat feature -- monkey bars that are only about 48 inches off the ground. Bryn, for the first time, swung, unassisted, from one bar to the next and then the next -- she managed three or four bars before dropping a few inches to the ground.

Luke fell asleep in the car on the way back home; later in the afternoon we went to the pool.
In an exciting aside, Luke has slept in his toddler bed exclusively since my last post, so Ken disassembled the crib this evening, and Luke now has only a bed in his room. What a big boy!
