Easter Egg Hunt

This morning was the extravagant egg hunt in Gladwyne. I wasn't sure that we were going to make it because it snowed a bit first thing in the morning, and Bryn was not enthusiastic about going. But with a bribe that she could watch some "Toy Story" later in the day if she went to the egg hunt, we met up with our next door neighbor, Emily Maran (periwinkle jacket) and another
neighbor/friend, Hannah Reed (light pink jacket). Bryn filled her basket with trinkets that were scattered over the lawn, including a toy camera that she used to capture the Easter Bunny as he parachuted onto the property (scroll down). The highlight for Bryn, though, was a five-piece band that played after all the other action had dissipated and many of the other guests had left. Luke stayed home with a babysitter (Hallie) as Ken ran in his first trail race. I'd like to take Luke next year, but even at three, Bryn may be too young for these events.
