Help from Nama
While Ken was in Asia, Nama came up to help, particularly over the long, three-day weekend. Both kids thoroughly enjoyed her homemade spaghetti and meatballs,
while Nama thoroughly enjoyed observing Bryn's imagination at work -- as a gymnast who can do a handstand,
as a coach to her younger brother who likes to imitate whatever she's doing,
as a jockey to Big Brown, Kentucky Derby winner,
as a honeybee (dressed in a Halloween costume that's now too small), as a pediatrician (wearing scrubs (but just the top, not the bottom)), and more. While Nama was in town, Bryn also tried on a dress that Nama had made for me when I was little. Excerpts from our photoshoot follow.
